Ken Moelis is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank that provides innovative strategic advice and solutions to a diverse client base, including corporations, governments and financial sponsors.

Mr. Moelis has over 30 years of investment banking experience. Prior to founding Moelis & Company, he worked at UBS from 2001 to 2007, where he was most recently President of UBS Investment Bank and previously Joint Global Head of Investment Banking. Before joining UBS, Mr. Moelis was Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he worked from 1990 through 2000.

Mr. Moelis serves on the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees, the Wharton Board of Overseers, the Board of the Tourette Syndrome Association, and the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Hospital. He holds an undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

AZAD BADAKHSH
Managing Director - New York

Azad Badakhsh is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Badakhsh has over 14 years of investment banking and advisory experience and is primarily focused on advising clients in the Aerospace & Defense sectors on a wide variety of corporate finance matters. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Badakhsh was a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Badakhsh holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

KRISTIAN BAGGER
Managing Director - London

Kristian Bagger is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Bagger joined Moelis & Company in 2008 after a 20-year career at Deutsche Bank, most recently as a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and previously as Head of Nordic & BeNeLux Investment Banking and Head of the Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare Industry Groups. While at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Bagger built leading franchises in the Nordic and BeNeLux regions and served on Deutsche Bank's European Investment Banking Management Committee. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Bagger was an investment banker at Smith Barney. Over the years, Mr. Bagger has advised clients in a variety of industries on the full spectrum of corporate finance matters, specializing in mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Bagger holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.

LIAM BEERE
Managing Director - London

Liam Beere is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Beere has 25 years of investment banking experience, and was previously a Managing Director and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Beere has advised companies from a broad range of industries on a wide variety of complex transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private side divestments. Mr. Beere began his investment banking career at SG Warburg in 1992, which was acquired by UBS in 1996.

Mr. Beere holds a B.Sc. from Warwick University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse.

JULIAN BIGGINS
Managing Director - Sydney

Julian Biggins is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Biggins has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience, primarily covering the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Biggins has provided capital and transaction advisory services to real estate companies and funds management clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He has experience in global real estate markets and has advised Australian companies acquiring real estate or real estate businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Japan and China.

Mr. Biggins holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) in addition to a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from the University of South Australia.
